Overview: As a Programme Manager at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of strategic programs spanning multiple project workstreams—across law firms and legal departments in the UK and North America
- Act as a senior voice within the Project Assurance team, supporting quality oversight, delivery confidence, and governance best practice
- Be a key customer partner ensuring delivery remains aligned to client priorities, value realization, and long-term success
- Coordinate across the Litera Software ecosystem, ensuring interoperability and cross-product delivery planning
- Guide and support project managers within your program to deliver with precision, clarity, and empathy
- Collaborate closely with internal product teams, delivery partners, and cross-functional stakeholders across the Litera network
- Lead executive-level governance, risk management, and program reporting
- Ensure that the transition from go-live to adoption and post-implementation support is smooth, intentional, and value-driven
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience delivering complex, client-facing software programmes within legal tech, SaaS, or professional services environments
- A strong track record of managing multiple concurrent projects, with interdependencies and cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience working with practice management, case management, or workflow platforms such as Peppermint, Elite 3E, Aderant, or similar
- Comfort operating in hybrid delivery models especially involving third-party consultants and SI-led teams
- A consultative, customer-first mindset with excellent relationship and stakeholder management skills
- Experience contributing to or operating within assurance-led delivery frameworks or PMO/CoE environments
- A commercial lens on delivery balancing quality outcomes with time, budget, and strategic goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in reporting to senior leadership
