The Role

The Senior Product Manager, Commerce will lead the development of Linktree’s core monetization features—empowering creators and brands to earn directly on the platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping our commerce strategy, driving product discovery and delivery, and working across teams to maximize user impact and business growth. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role focused on unlocking earning potential for millions of users while supporting Linktree’s business growth through monetization.

What You’ll Own

  • Strategy Development: Develop and refine the commerce strategy. Define product vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with company goals.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch. Drive product prioritization, feature definition, and user experience enhancements. Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the commerce landscape. Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry best practices.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, including executives, partners, and customers. Communicate product vision, progress, and impact effectively across the organization.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize performance. Monitor key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and iterate on features to drive user engagement and conversion.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture focused on innovation and excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a focus on commerce, payments, or creator monetization.
  • Demonstrated success in launching and scaling user-facing products that drive engagement and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce trends, and user behavior
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams
Linktree is committed to providing a fair and competitive compensation package including cash, equity, and benefits. The base salary offered for this role is targeted at $170,000 - $190,000 for roles based in San Francisco and Los Angeles. Final offers depend on multiple factors including location, experience, expertise, and role scope, and may vary from the range listed.
