About the Role
We’re looking for a forward-thinking AI Product Manager to help us build the future of Linktree—one where AI doesn’t just support the experience, it is the experience.
Linktree has always been about helping people express who they are and drive value from their audience. But we believe that in an AI-first world, the best version of Linktree builds itself. From onboarding to optimization, your job will be to make the entire experience smarter, faster, and more helpful—without the user needing to lift a finger.
You’ll work closely with design, engineering, data science, and marketing to reimagine how creators, businesses, and brands get value from their Linktree—from day one and every day after.
What You’ll Own
- AI-First Onboarding: Lead the development of a “Generated Linktree” experience that uses public signals (e.g. links, bios, content, brand assets) to automatically generate an optimized Linktree tailored to a user’s goals.
- Automated Upkeep: Drive the roadmap for keeping Linktrees fresh—auto-updating with new content, broken link detection, changing priorities, or seasonal campaigns—without manual input.
- Insights to Action: Partner with growth and AI teams to translate analytics and behavioral data into smart suggestions, recommendations and automations that help users grow their audience or revenue.
- Internal Tooling: Identify AI opportunities to streamline internal workflows for content curation, support, or partner success.
- AI UX Patterns: Collaborate with design and research to shape the AI UX across surfaces: from in-product copilots to proactive nudges to fully autonomous agents.
- Privacy and Trust: Ensure the AI features you ship are safe, ethical, and clearly communicate how data is used.
Who We’re Looking For
- 4 years of product management experience, with 1-2 years focus on shipping AI-powered features or products.
- Shipped AI-powered products or features—whether LLM-based tools, recommendation engines, or intelligent automation.
- Think deeply about user intent and edge cases, and you know when to abstract complexity vs. expose it.
- Comfortable in ambiguity and enjoy building
- v0 to v1.
- Can work fluidly across go-to-market and platform teams, and can bridge user needs with technical capabilities.
- Passionate about helping creators and entrepreneurs succeed.
Bonus If You
- Have experience with LLMs, agents, or prompt engineering.
- Have worked on AI copilots or assistant-like interfaces.
- Have product experience in low-code/no-code platforms, web tools, or marketing tech.
