The Role

We are seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own pipeline-driving programs and performance marketing. This role is responsible for building and scaling full-funnel campaigns across paid, email, lifecycle, webinars, and retargeting, with tight alignment to Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, and Content. You will be accountable for measurable outcomes: qualified pipeline, conversion rates, and efficient growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own Lightrun’s demand generation strategy and quarterly plan aligned to revenue goals and ICP priorities (developers, DevOps, platform teams, and exec buyers).
  • Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid search, paid social, email nurture, retargeting, webinars, partners, and product launches.
  • Manage funnel performance from first touch through pipeline: conversion rates, velocity, and lead quality.
  • Partner with Sales and RevOps to define MQL/SQL criteria, SLAs, lead routing, and closed-loop feedback.
  • Own campaign measurement and reporting: dashboards, attribution approach, experiment tracking, and insights.
  • Run a structured testing program across creative, targeting, offers, landing pages, and nurture journeys.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content to translate messaging into high-performing ads, landing pages, and lifecycle content.
  • Manage channel budgets and pacing to hit CAC and pipeline efficiency targets.
  • Work with agencies and vendors as needed to scale execution.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B demand generation or performance marketing, ideally in SaaS or developer tools.
  • Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and improving funnel conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with paid channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, and at least one other channel), landing pages, and email nurture.
  • Strong analytics skills and comfort working in CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce or HubSpot plus Marketo/Pardot/HubSpot).
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build trust with Sales and RevOps.
  • Data-driven mindset with a clear approach to experimentation and measurement.
