Your Mission:

  • Lead end-to-end sales processes, from prospecting to closing deals with enterprise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored specifically to enterprise clients, focusing on Fortune 500 and large-scale businesses.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams - including marketing, product management, and customer success - to align on strategies that exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as a key driver in Lightrun’s accelerated growth within the US market, proactively identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business objectives and providing solutions that deliver tangible value.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • 5+ years of successful SaaS or software enterprise sales experience, ideally with Developer Tools, Cloud Solutions, or related technologies.
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and developing opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Proven track record consistently exceeding quotas, with experience closing 6-7 figure deals within enterprise environments (Fortune 500 experience preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and results-oriented professional.

What You’ll Get When You Join Lightrun

Our compensation philosophy is rooted in rewarding impact and fostering growth. For this position, the base salary range is $140,000 - $160,000, depending on location, qualifications, and experience. In addition to base pay, team members may be eligible for discretionary bonuses or a commission plan, and equity options, depending on the role. In addition, we offer a competitive benefits package that includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with up to 4% company match, generous paid time off, and a monthly work-from-home stipend. We regularly review our pay practices to ensure equity and market competitiveness.
