This is a results-driven role that requires ownership, speed, and a hands-on approach.
What You’ll Do

- Lead Lightrun’s presence at key conferences - from planning and messaging to logistics and ROI tracking
- Ensure high-quality attendance rates at events by targeting the right audience and driving engagement
- Manage event logistics end-to-end: vendors, venues, budgets, timelines, and follow-up
- Partner with Sales and Product Marketing to align on messaging and goals
- Be accountable for qualified lead generation and pipeline impact from field initiatives
- Track performance, optimize for results, and continuously improve outcomes
- Travel across the US (~30–40%) to lead and support field activities
What You Bring

- Proven track record of running end-to-end events that generate pipeline and qualified leads
- Experience targeting enterprise technical audiences (CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Engineering)
- Ability to build and maintain strong attendance at events through smart targeting and outreach
- Strong execution skills: organized, detail-oriented, and able to move fast
- Independent, proactive, and comfortable in a remote, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Must be US-based and in East/Central time zones.
