About the Role

Lightricks is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Procurement & Inventory Manager to join our IT team. This is a full-time position based in our Jerusalem office, working 5 days a week.

In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the purchasing and inventory processes for all IT-related equipment and software. You'll work closely with vendors, the finance team, and internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations, accurate inventory tracking, and timely delivery of equipment. You will also manage a team responsible for handling day-to-day inventory and logistics tasks.

What you will be doing

  • Manage end-to-end procurement of IT hardware and select software, including vendor evaluation, negotiation, and budget alignment.
  • Oversee inventory and warehouse operations, ensuring accurate tracking, storage, and stock level control.
  • Collaborate with Finance on purchase orders and invoice processing via financial systems and workflows.
  • Receive and verify deliveries, update inventory systems, and ensure timely payment processing.
  • Work with Operations to ensure the timely setup and fulfillment of employee equipment requests.
  • Analyze inventory trends, propose cost-saving logistics strategies, and report key management insights.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
  • At least 3 years of experience in inventory management and logistics; experience in an IT or high-tech environment is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working with inventory management software and forecasting strategies (NetSuite is a gtrong advantage).
  • Solid experience managing budgets, conducting tracking and data analysis
  • Ability to manage tasks efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach and strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English.
