The team and the role
As we continue to grow globally and build groundbreaking generative AI products, our people are at the heart of our success. We’re seeking a strategic, experienced, and globally minded Director of Employer Branding who will be part of our HR management team, reporting directly to our CHRO, shape and scale our talent brand narrative, working across functions to position Lightricks as an employer of choice globally. You’ll lead the global employer branding strategy, manage a small but powerful team, and own our external & internal talent-facing brand. Collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, Engineering stakeholders and Operations to craft compelling narratives, launch strategic campaigns, and create moments that stand out in the tech ecosystem.
What you will be doing
- Own and lead Lightricks’ global employer brand strategy, crafting a compelling narrative that aligns with our values and resonates across regions and talent segments.
- Drive brand presence in new talent markets across Europe and the US, identifying opportunities to establish awareness.
- Manage and grow a professional team, currently including an Employer Brand Manager and Developer Relations Manager.
- Define and activate our EVP, ensuring consistency and clarity across internal and external channels. Oversee all talent-facing brand assets, including the career site, social media, Glassdoor, referral campaigns, and more.
- Partner closely with HR, Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience to elevate the full candidate and employee journey, from attraction to engagement and advocacy.
- Collaborate with Tech teams to prioritize employer branding initiatives that support the tech ecosystem, including meetups, conferences and speaker opportunities. Lead strategic events and sponsorships, working with our internal creative studio and PR to ensure strong execution and brand alignment.
- Measure success through reporting frameworks, tracking brand performance, campaign reach, and key engagement metrics.
Your skills and experience
- 5+ years of experience in managing employer branding, brand strategy, as part of marketing or HR leadership, preferably in a high-tech & fast-growing environment.
- Proven leadership and direct management experience: you’ve built, led, and developed teams (matrix or direct) and know how to empower others to succeed.
- Proven global employer branding expertise: experience launching brands in new markets and adapting messaging across cultures.
- Strong strategic mindset and business orientation: you connect creative ideas with recruiting metrics, business needs, and organizational impact.
- Deep understanding of talent dynamics in the Israeli tech ecosystem; familiarity with the UK and US markets - a strong advantage.
- A collaborative team player who builds strong relationships, listens deeply and inspires trust.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills in both Hebrew and English.
- A naturally curious, creative thinker, equally excited about shaping long-term strategy and jumping in to get things done.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and can take projects from idea to execution with minimal oversight.
