What you will be doing
- Get to know developers' desires and aspirations and identify opportunities to get top talents to know Lightricks better.
- Collaborate with the HR, brand and content teams, as well as other tech companies to promote and position Lightricks developers among the tech community.
- Encourage and prepare our teams and top talent to speak at industry events and podcasts on behalf of Lightricks, to build their personal brand and to share perspectives and experience.
- Organize activities including hackathons, spotlight events, Meetups, tech blog, conferences and much more to bring Lightricks’ tech workforce to the forefront and build our developer community.
- Measure your impact based on key performance metrics around strength of our reach, and community growth.
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience building developer communities or managing developer relations in a tech-focused company.
- Ability to understand and connect with engineers across multiple disciplines, including backend, mobile, and AI.
- Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution.
- Excellent communication skills (in both Hebrew and English), with the ability to represent the company externally and internally.
- A strategic mindset capable of balancing creative ideas with measurable business goals.
