Your Opportunity

This role focuses on building and scaling how Leapsome shows up in conversations about work. As Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll shape our content engine and narratives around how work is changing and how workplaces can be better for people. You’ll create content that wins in SEO and AEO, earns trust with HR leaders, and helps position Leapsome as a leading voice in the future of work. You’ll report to the Senior Content Lead.

What is your job?

  • Run a high-impact editorial process. Manage content planning, briefs, reviews, and publishing to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with company goals.

  • Build a scalable, data-informed content engine. Help define the strategy, cadence, and structure that allow us to grow with quality. From top-of-funnel awareness to deep thought leadership, you’ll create and refine content that drives impact across the entire funnel.

  • Champion AI-driven efficiency. Drive forward the use of AI tools and workflows that help our team work faster, smarter, and with higher quality. You’ll continuously test, document, and refine AI use cases to raise the bar across content production.

  • Own SEO and AEO excellence. Lead initiatives to grow our organic presence by combining technical SEO best practices with an understanding of how AI and search are evolving. You’ll identify opportunities to scale visibility without sacrificing quality.

  • Elevate Leapsome’s voice in the market. Bring our perspective to life across owned and earned channels. You’ll help position Leapsome as a leader in HR innovation through authentic storytelling and thought leadership.

Who are we looking for?

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in content marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or HRTech, with a strong track record of driving measurable results across awareness, engagement, and acquisition.

  • You’re fluent in content strategy and SEO. You’re curious about AEO and how AI is reshaping content creation and discovery, and you’re actively learning and evolving your approach as the landscape changes.

  • You’re analytical and creative in equal measure. You make decisions with data, but you also trust intuition and audience understanding to push your work further.

  • You have a knack for building scalable systems. Editorial calendars, content workflows, briefs, templates, and metrics — you design processes that enable consistency and quality as the team grows.

  • You’re genuinely interested in the world of work and how it’s changing. Working in HR tech means helping HR leaders navigate change and build fulfilled, engaged teams, and that’s a topic you’re excited to think, write, and learn about every day.
