Your opportunity:

As our VSB / High-Velocity Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of building and scaling one of Leapsome’s key go-to-market motions. Reporting directly to our Global VP of Sales, you will lead, coach, and grow a team of VSB Account Executives, with the expectation to expand the team in early 2026.

This is an opportunity to make a real impact: Your leadership will directly influence how Leapsome defines and scales its high-velocity go-to-market engine, and you’ll help shape how Leapsome scales productivity through smarter processes, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You have access to the latest AI-powered sales enablement stack and the freedom to pioneer with automations and intelligence to supercharge high-velocity sales.

With our recently launched HRIS being central to our long-term strategy, your role will be mission-critical in driving adoption and revenue growth in our high-velocity segment.

What is your job?

  • Hire, Onboard & Coach a growing team of VSB Account Executives in Berlin, initially starting at 3 team members

  • Own team quota performance, ensuring consistent pipeline growth, deal execution, and revenue delivery.

  • Hire, onboard, and coach on Sales fundamentals talent to build a high-performing, customer-centric sales team.

  • Drive productivity through process excellence, leveraging AI (automation, tools, and best practices) to enable your team to delight and partner with new customers in an increasingly scalable and efficient way. This is a core pillar of our strategy to grow impact and will be fundamental to the role.

  • Foster agility and adaptability in a dynamic environment, especially as we expand our HRIS offering in the market, which will be essential to Leapsome’s long-term growth.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps, and Product to create a seamless customer journey and ensure feedback loops for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a culture carrier, bringing energy, clarity, accountability and innovation to your team while embodying Leapsome’s values.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are a German-speaking sales leader with a proven track record of managing and developing high-velocity sales teams.

  • You have 2+ years of experience leading sales teams with revenue quotas, ideally within SaaS or B2B tech, leveraging AI tooling and automation as a force multiplier for enhancing team execution.

  • You bring a hands-on, coaching-first leadership style that inspires early-career AEs to reach their full potential.

  • You are skilled at driving operational efficiency—comfortable with sales tools, automation, and scaling processes to increase team output.
    You thrive in agile, fast-changing environments, balancing short-term performance with long-term growth priorities.

  • You’re commercially sharp, with strong forecasting skills and the ability to turn data into insights and action.

  • Experience in HR Tech is a strong plus, though not required.

  • You’re ambitious and ready to grow—excited by the opportunity to develop further leadership responsibilities within the next 1–2 years.
