This is an 8 week (6/16/2025 - 8/8/2025) paid opportunity. The internship will take place in-person in our Santa Clara, CA office. Interns are expected to come to the office on most days to gain the most from this experience.
There is no housing or relocation assistance available for this role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Audit and clean up existing Notion data with an eye toward usability, scalability, and accuracy
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand how they use and depend on current Notion databases
  • Propose and design improved data workflows and database structures within Notion
  • Migrate and reformat legacy data to align with newly developed structures and processes
  • Document changes, standards, and best practices for ongoing Notion database maintenance

ABOUT YOU

  • Currently a rising junior or senior in undergraduate college
  • A major or minor in management information systems, management science and engineering, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • A fast learner
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and gather requirements
  • Self-starter comfortable owning and driving projects with guidance but minimal handholding
  • Interest in systems thinking, information architecture, or operations/process improvement
