- Lead the cross-functional Integration Management Office (IMO), ensuring alignment across all functional teams and timely execution of all phases of integration
- Partner with Corporate Development during due diligence to identify integration risks, synergy opportunities, and Day 1 readiness requirements before deals close

- Drive high-impact initiatives that expand value from past integrations, including product harmonization, GTM alignment, and systems migrations
- Oversee cross-functional integration workstreams including IT systems consolidation, HR and org design, finance and legal entity restructuring, brand and go-to-market alignment, and product rationalization
- Establish synergy tracking and value realization by creating baselines, building accountability mechanisms, and reporting progress to executive leadership and the board
- Serve as the primary integration point of contact for acquired company leadership, building trust and managing change through periods of significant organizational transition
- Identify and proactively mitigate integration risks, escalating issues early and developing contingency plans that keep integrations on track

- Demonstrated track record of exceptional performance, rapid growth, and increasing responsibility in previous roles
- Expertise across some integration workstreams including product, go-to-market, IT/systems, HR/people, finance or legal — with the ability to lead or credibly challenge functional experts in each area
