What you’ll build
You will be the architect of our policy transformation engine, bridging the gap between complex legal prose and automated enforcement.
- Agentic Policy Workflows: Design sophisticated n8n (or similar) automation workflows that act as intelligent agents to ingest, parse, and translate written PDF/Word policies into structured logic.
- Migration Intelligence Systems: Build AI-powered analytics that identify contradictions between legacy policies and new regulatory requirements, predicting where manual intervention is needed.
- Automated Conversion Engines: Create systems that utilize LLMs to extract metadata, obligations, and controls from unstructured documents, generating executable code or configuration files.
- Self-Correction Platforms: Develop intelligent feedback loops where AI agents test migrated policies against historical data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
What you’ll do
AI Systems & Policy Automation (50%)
- Design and build production-grade agentic workflows using n8n, Make, Temporal or similar to automate the end-to-end policy migration lifecycle.
- Implement LLM-based solutions for semantic analysis, entity extraction, and cross-policy mapping.
- Integrate Kiteworks APIs with document repositories, GRC platforms, and data warehouses.
- Develop custom microservices (Python/TypeScript) to extend the capabilities of standard automation tools.
- Partner with Product teams to define the "logic" of a policy and how it should be represented in a digital state.
- Design data-driven migration journeys that accelerate "time-to-compliance" for new enterprise customers.
- Analyze complex document structures to identify common "policy patterns" and create automated templates for rapid migration.
- Ensure the absolute accuracy of AI-generated policy conversions, maintaining rigorous version control and audit trails.
- Build "human-in-the-loop" interfaces that allow subject matter experts to review and approve AI-translated policy logic.
What you’ll bring
Technical Excellence
- Expert-level proficiency in n8n or equivalent (Make, Zapier, Temporal) with a track record of building complex, production-grade agentic systems.
- Strong Experience with LLMs: Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and fine-tuning for document processing.
- Backend Skills: Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and experience with SQL and API-first architectures.
- Architecture Mindset: Understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, and how to build "self-healing" automation.
- 3+ years in a technical role such as AI Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
- Policy Intuition: Ability to read a complex legal or technical document and envision its logical flow in an automated system.
- AI-First Mindset: A passion for replacing manual, tedious migration tasks with autonomous, intelligent agents.
