We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Manager with 3+ years of experience to join our Adoption & Growth team. In this role, you will not be tied to a single feature. Instead, you will own the strategy for driving customer engagement and expanding usage across multiple core components of our platform ecosystem.
You will identify friction points in the user journey and design seamless experiences that help customers adopt new capabilities, scale their usage, and realize the full value of Kiteworks’ security and governance solutions.

What You'll Do

• Define and execute a roadmap focused on user onboarding, feature discovery, and long-term retention across multiple platform components.
• Establish robust mechanisms to collect, synthesize, and prioritize customer feedback from multiple channels to inform product decisions.
  Partner across product modules to deliver a cohesive “better together” experience that encourages customers to expand their platform footprint.
• Balance intuitive, growth-oriented user experiences with the security, compliance, and configurability requirements of enterprise customers.
• Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives with business goals and technical feasibility.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in Growth, Onboarding, or Platform-focused roles.
• Strong ability to gather qualitative and quantitative feedback and leverage AI-driven analysis to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Comfort navigating complex enterprise systems and collaborating effectively with technical stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
• Curious, proactive, and comfortable operating in ambiguous environments while consistently advocating for the user.
• Exceptional ability to articulate product vision, trade-offs, and impact to both technical teams and executive leadership.

Compensation Range:

• Annual Base Salary Range: RON $255,500 – $275,500

• Base pay depends on many factors, such as location, education, experience, and skills.
