The Opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Associate, Strategy & Operations to act as a strategic force multiplier across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leadership on critical growth initiatives—ranging from GTM strategy to customer presentations to internal ops—helping Kintsugi scale effectively and communicate clearly. The ideal candidate combines consulting-grade rigor with startup scrappiness, and can produce board- or C-suite-ready work quickly with minimal guidance.
This is a fast-paced role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, asks sharp questions, and delivers with polish and precision.
Key Responsibilities
Executive-Ready Decks: Build clean, high-impact presentations for customers, partners, investors, and internal initiatives—quickly and with minimal rework.
GTM & Commercial Support: Translate product capabilities and case studies into clear business value for customers. Partner on pilot success tracking and renewals.
Strategy & Planning: Drive competitive research, market sizing, ROI analysis, and customer insights to support strategic decisions.
Business Operations: Support key business rhythms—forecasting, reporting, cross-functional project execution—while identifying operational inefficiencies.
Special Projects: Own and deliver high-priority projects that cut across GTM, product, and leadership needs.
What Success Looks Like
You can independently take an ambiguous input and turn it into a strategic, well-designed output (a deck, model, memo, or project plan).
You operate with urgency and clarity—looping in leadership only when needed.
You bring polish and structure to every piece of communication, with an eye for storytelling and audience.
You deeply understand Kintsugi’s product, customers, and positioning—and advocate for what will drive real business impact.
