Job Summary
The Director, Peer Enablement & Coaching, is responsible for the global performance, consistency, and effectiveness of all coaching and peer pod enablement functions. This leader ensures that every member receives a high-impact, framework-aligned experience through world-class coaching, disciplined peer facilitation, and measurable business outcomes.
This role oversees coaching strategy, pod captain enablement, framework adherence, coaching quality, pod health, and operational accountability across all peer programs globally. The Director will drive scalable systems, standards, training, and performance management to ensure consistent execution and measurable member success.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Define and operationalize the global coaching and peer enablement strategy across all programs and member groups
· Establish standards for coaching excellence, including scorecards, KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance benchmarks
· Lead and develop coaching resources globally, including facilitators, Experts in Residence (EIRs), and peer captains
· Build and scale onboarding, training, certification, and ongoing development programs for peer captains and facilitators
· Monitor and improve overall program and Pod Health performance, including engagement, attendance, accountability, KPI tracking, and member outcomes
· Drive consistency across coaching methodologies, facilitation practices, meeting structures, and quarterly planning processes globally
· Conduct quality reviews, calibration initiatives, and performance assessments to ensure coaching effectiveness and operational alignment
· Partner cross-functionally to develop actionable coaching content, workshops, enablement resources, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
· 7+ years of experience in coaching, enablement, consulting, facilitation, community leadership, or related operational leadership roles
· Proven experience building and scaling enablement, coaching, or accountability-driven programs across distributed or global teams
· Strong operational leadership skills with experience developing KPIs, scorecards, and performance management frameworks
· Demonstrated ability to lead through change while maintaining alignment, accountability, and execution discipline
· Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience leading peer group, mastermind, member-based, or community-driven programs
· Background in MSP, SaaS, technology services, or recurring revenue business environments
· Experience developing certification, onboarding, or facilitator training programs at scale
· Strong analytical mindset with experience using data and member feedback to improve engagement, retention, and program effectiveness
· Proven ability to build high-performing coaching or facilitator communities focused on measurable business outcomes
· Experience managing global enablement or coaching operations across multiple regions or time zones
· Familiarity with coaching frameworks, facilitation methodologies, and operational excellence best practices
