We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to manage, maintain, and continuously improve our Salesforce platform. This role will partner closely with business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams to ensure Salesforce supports business processes efficiently, securely, and at scale. The ideal candidate combines strong technical Salesforce expertise with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security controls
Configure and optimize Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, record types, and automation
Manage data integrity through data imports, updates, deduplication, and governance best practices
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms (APIs, middleware, or managed packages)
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide end-user support and training
Manage releases, sandbox environments, deployments, and change management processes
Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders
Ensure platform compliance with security, privacy, and audit requirements
Document system configurations, processes, and best practices

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

· 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator

· Strong knowledge of Salesforce core functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud)

· Experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Approval Processes)

· Proficiency in data management, reporting, and dashboard creation

· Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or equivalent

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

· Additional Salesforce certifications (Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certifications)

· Experience with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce products

· Familiarity with DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, Git) and CI/CD practices

· Experience supporting Salesforce integrations (MuleSoft, Boomi, REST/SOAP APIs)

· Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
