What You’ll Do
The Director of Marketing Communications (EMEA) is responsible for ensuring corporate brand and messaging are consistently executed across the EMEA region, while elevating EMEA leadership visibility internally and externally. A core focus of this role is owning and shaping executive and leadership narratives across EMEA, enabling senior leaders to act as visible and credible spokespeople.
This role partners closely with Corporate Marketing and PR, and acts as the EMEA owner for communications execution, localisation, and leadership amplification.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute corporate brand and messaging across all EMEA communications, ensuring alignment with global positioning, tone, and proof points
- Localise messaging only where required for language, market nuance, or regulatory context, without deviating from corporate intent
- Act as EMEA quality control for brand and messaging consistency
- Own executive and leadership narratives across EMEA
- Develop and maintain leadership narratives, key talking points, and executive messaging frameworks
- Draft and shape executive communications including speeches, presentations, internal leadership updates, and customer- and partner-facing narratives
- Serve as a trusted communications partner to EMEA leadership
- Execute EMEA external communications in line with corporate direction, including product launches, customer wins, partner announcements, and executive visibility
- Partner with Corporate PR and manage regional agency execution to ensure accurate, consistent deployment of corporate narratives
- Own the EMEA internal communications cadence, including leadership announcements, campaign kick-offs, and updates
- Translate corporate priorities into clear, EMEA-relevant internal communications that reinforce alignment and execution
- Partner with the Content Manager to ensure content reflects corporate narratives and executive messaging
- Align with Segment Leads and Campaign Owners to ensure campaigns follow corporate messaging frameworks
- Provide structured feedback to Corporate Marketing and PR on EMEA resonance and messaging effectiveness
What You’ll Bring
- 12+ years’ experience in marketing communications, corporate communications, or PR, ideally in a B2B or technology environment
- Proven experience shaping executive and leadership narratives
- Strong writing and editing skills across executive, customer, partner, and internal communications
- Experience executing global messaging in regional markets without creating parallel narratives
- Ability to operate with confidence and influence across regional and global teams

- Reports to: VP EMEA
- Manages: Content Manager (EMEA) and contractor copywriters
