ROLE TITLE: Associate Sales Operations Analyst
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To support the increasing growth in the Kaseya business, we are hiring an Associate Sales Operations Analyst.
Sales operations are all about assisting and enabling frontline sales personnel to sell more effectively by giving strategic guidance with reduced process friction. Based out of our Bangalore office and reporting to a Sales Operations Team Lead, this position will be responsible for supporting various orders through provisioning processes and will become an administrative extension of the sales organization. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking a challenging position within the software industry and one that provides insight into the operational setting. Ultimately, you will work with a team of Salespeople to support the overall sales process throughout the year. Kaseya is a rapidly growing company that offers tremendous growth opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
A good Sales Operations member must have excellent organizational skills. They also need good communication skills since they will work directly with sales representatives, sales managers, and product managers
Work directly with Sales Representatives to troubleshoot any current provisioning issues, or questions, they have about product(s) provisioned for their account
Managing multiple product platforms across different types of product offerings
Managing backlog queues for provisioning items and cases opened
Ensure software licensing is aligned with contract entitlements, exerting revenue assurance
Analytical skills to interpret quote, opportunity, or subscription data to make decisions on how to provision complex transactions
Partner with product managers on operationalizing new offerings, by maintaining product master
Cross collaboration with multiple departments to ensure requests, projects, or internal provisioning's have been met
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Any Graduate in any field
• Strong operational skills
• Passion for quality control and productivity
• Technical expertise
• Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
• Young and dynamic professional looking for challenging opportunities
• Possesses strong Analytical / Logical thinking skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point (Excel mandatory)
• Inquisitive, adaptable, and committed to meet tough deadlines
• Love for working in a structured environment
• Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations is preferred
