Title: Oracle ERP Lead Product Owner, Supply Chain Management

Location: Miami, FL (USA)

Reporting: Director, Product Management Finance and Corporate Systems

GREAT opportunity to grow with a rapidly growing company, Kaseya. This position has high visibility in the company. Kaseya is looking for a Lead Product Owner to drive standards and governance across all the Supply Chain Management systems globally, leading the maintenance and development for all their products/systems/areas. Main technology includes Oracle ERP (Cost Management, Order Management, Inventory Management, product Management, Manufacturing. Other technologies include Salesforce, Mulesoft, Snowflake, and Microsoft. This role will drive innovation, business processes, and requirements, and motivate cross-functional teams across IT and the business functions. This role will set strategy/architecture direction, IT roadmaps, technical standards, and be a visible business partner, focusing on delivering customer-centric solutions. This role will need to be in the detail, and often act as a business leader, owning data governance, process flows, customer experience, etc.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated and a creative thinker with the ability to grasp concepts quickly, well-versed with Order to Cash, Plan to Manufacture with very good knowledge in Procure to Pay, Record to Report. You are responsible for creating an exceptional experience through a customer-centric approach with responsibility for the following duties:

  • Manage and innovate Kaseya Order to cash, PTM business process, and back-office systems, Oracle ERP, GetPaid, BlueSnap Credit Card Gateway.
  • Work with the cross-functional stakeholders in Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather and document requirements for all new features and enhancements related to Supply Chain applications.
  • Be the SME on how the core Supply Chain operates and integrates with other enterprise apps.
  • Lead the breakdown of business requirements into technical users’ stories with/ engineering team
  • Prioritize the backlog of work to ensure alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Work with key business leadership to prepare change mgmt. documentation before release.
  • Help the overall organization to mature its operating model and improve processes continually.
  • Assist with migrations & Integrations that occur rapidly through M&A activities.
  • Must have strong business acumen with knowledge of MSPs and Corporate/BIS systems.
  • Manage cross-functional business stakeholders and drive system automations, QA and processes to improve operational efficiencies of business operations.
  • Collaborate with teams across all regions (ASIA, EMEA, America).
  • Ability to lead non-direct reports across the application BA, admins, developers, and 3rd party resources. Work closely with Peers and management in USA.
  • Streamline application support and process for the company and manage SLAs.
  • Complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Work with our institutional management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities.
  • Work with third-party integration tools (Mulesoft) and DellBoomi

Skills/Knowledge/Experience

  • 10+ years of experience as an IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP
  • 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience
  • 7+ years of Oracle ERP experience or equivalent ERP experience
  • Sound understanding of corporate SaaS product application management and development.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with enterprise integration with implementation of at least one complex E2E ERP implementation program
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Self-starter persona, dependable and the ability to respond quickly and accurately on multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of execution and accountability
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry is an asset
  • Proven ability to improve governance, standards, and security posture
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity.
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Strong ability to influence key stakeholders, peers, engineers, and business partners
  • A documented history of successfully driving projects to completion.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus

Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in CS or a relevant technical field preferred; otherwise, relevant field experience required.
