About the Role:
Kaseya is seeking a talented and experienced Full-Stack Senior Software Development Engineer to play a key role in building the future of our Backup Portal platform. You will contribute to both front-end and back-end development as part of a dynamic, cross-functional team focused on delivering mission-critical features in a fast-paced, agile environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced team of platform engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps professionals who are committed to innovation and quality. Your work will have a direct impact on the evolution of the Backup Portal—Kaseya’s next-generation backup solution.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of end-to-end development for new features and enhancements across the stack
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements, propose solutions, and estimate efforts using Agile methodologies
Ensure code is well-designed, secure, scalable, and adheres to performance and reliability standards
Address technical challenges with creativity and provide long-term, maintainable solutions
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes as a key member of a highly engaged team
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in full-stack development with .NET (C#)
Strong proficiency with React and TypeScript
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes
Solid experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
Familiarity with development tools such as JIRA, Jenkins, and CodeCommit (or similar)
Proficient in the full software development lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and deployment
Strong analytical and design skills with a proactive and quality-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in designing and building GraphQL and RESTful APIs
Understanding of OpenID Connect and authentication protocols
Hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and metrics tools
Background in performance optimization and debugging
Exposure to microservices architecture and distributed systems
Familiarity with Golang and willingness to contribute to services built in Go
Adaptability and openness to working with different technology stacks as the platform evolves
