We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced International Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing payroll operations across EMEA, South America, and APAC regions, ensuring accurate and timely processing for approximately 500 employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll audits and proficiency with ADP Celergo.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee the end-to-end payroll process for employees in EMEA, South America, and APAC regions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Payroll Audits: Conduct regular payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance, identifying and resolving discrepancies promptly.
- ADP Celergo: Utilize ADP Celergo for payroll processing, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the system and its functionalities.
- Reporting: Generate and analyze payroll reports, providing insights and recommendations to management.
- Compliance: Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance across all regions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations and address any issues that arise.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in global payroll administration, with a focus on EMEA, South America, and APAC regions.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing and audits.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with ADP, ADP Celergo, Oracle and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, and Macros)
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements in the specified regions.
