Your Responsibilities

As a Field Marketing Specialist (m/f/d), you will play a key role in implementing our regional marketing strategy across the DACH region and Eastern Europe. The focus is on operational field and channel marketing, as well as the successful implementation of integrated marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness, generate leads and drive business development. You will work in a dynamic, international marketing environment and actively contribute to the shared success of our OneTeam approach.

You will support the implementation of marketing campaigns and ensure their local relevance, coordinate events, digital campaigns and partner activities, analyse performance data and continuously optimise our marketing measures.

  • Implementation of marketing campaigns: Executing global and regional campaigns tailored to local market requirements in Central Europe.
  • Collaboration with internal teams: Close coordination with sales, business development and global marketing teams to ensure consistent campaign messaging and effective lead generation
  • Localisation of marketing materials: Adaptation and distribution of marketing assets and resources for internal stakeholders and regional activities.
  • Event and webinar management: Coordination, promotion and follow-up of events, webinars and trade fairs, including logistical and creative implementation.
  • Partner marketing & co-marketing: Support and management of co-marketing initiatives with regional partners.
  • Digital and social media presence: Strengthening the regional social media presence and engaging with the media and industry organisations.
  • Market analysis and advertising opportunities: Conducting market analysis and identifying new regional opportunities for marketing and advertising.
  • Operational support: Assistance with administrative tasks such as supplier sourcing, coordination and payment processing.

Your Profile

  • A degree in marketing, business administration or a comparable, relevant qualification
  • 1–3 years’ experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the SaaS or software sector
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in German and English
  • You are a team-oriented, proactive individual with a hands-on approach
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Interest in or initial experience with campaign metrics and performance dashboards
  • Experience with marketing technologies such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Ads or 6sense
  • Knowledge of or a strong interest in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) is an advantage
