Your Responsibilities
As Senior Director (m/f/d) Global Partners & Channels, you will play a key role in driving partner-based and partner-influenced bookings worldwide, strengthening collaboration with partners globally and increasing booking numbers. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and translate our partner strategy into measurable results.


What You’ll Do

  • Own partner bookings and pipeline: You are responsible for annual and quarterly targets by partners. Create and execute regional plans to achieve these targets.
  • Implement partner playbooks: Implement and refine global GTM playbooks for new customer acquisition, expansion, and cloud migration. Train and coach field teams in the effective application of these strategies.
  • Manage partner performance: Monitor dashboards and conduct regular performance reviews with partners and regional stakeholders. Decide on partner prioritization based on implementation and results.
  • Align regional sales and deal execution: Work with regional VPs and sales managers to engage partners in territory plans and strategic deals, pursuing a strategy that will prove successful.
  • Drive programs and processes: Ensure that partner programs, policies, and processes are understood and followed locally. Identify and eliminate process conflicts to improve bookings.
  • Enable partner readiness: Conduct onboarding and enablement programs to ensure partners are ready to sell and deliver. Track your partners' skills and competencies to address potential weaknesses.
  • Ensure operational discipline: Keep the CRM data clean and ensure compliance with processes. Create clear reports for executives on partner forecasts, pipeline trends, and risks.
  • Lead a high-impact team: Set expectations, coach regional partner managers, and foster a culture of accountability and execution.

Your Profile
  • 8 –12+ years in partner/channel/alliances sales execution roles in Enterprise SaaS, with a proven track record of delivering partner bookings and pipeline targets.
  • Strong sales operator mindset, excellent grasp of sales processes, and ability to enforce playbooks in the field. Comfortable in forecast calls and deal reviews.
  • Highly execution-oriented, pragmatic, and solutions-driven. Strong process discipline and ability to drive CRM adoption.
  • Clear communicator, trusted by sales teams and partners, calm under pressure, and willing to dive into details to unblock deals.
  • Experience managing partner/channel managers or leading a partner sales territory.
