The Crown Is Yours

We’re hiring a Staff Accountant to join the Center of Excellence (COE) team. In this role, you’ll report directly to the Senior Manager of Accounting and will be responsible for performing bank reconciliations, managing and processing payments, and playing a key role in payables and expense processing. The position will also have direct and frequent interaction with internal stakeholders, as you will manage any ad hoc issues as the first line of help for the organization.

What you’ll do as a Staff Accountant

  • Prepare bank reconciliations for the month end close: Responsible for reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and preparation of month-end journal entries.

  • Coordinate with third parties inquiring about payment status and work with the treasury team to ensure timely payment.

  • Process and monitor the flow of invoices and payables through the accounts payable system, addressing urgent requests as they arise and coordinating with internal stakeholders.

  • Ensure all invoices are properly classified, approved, and posted to the AP Subledger as needed.

  • Assist with multiple treasury operations functions including Payroll payments, Tax payments, Revenue share payments, Payment processor and other cash account funding, Operating vendor wires, etc.

  • Provide internal support on procure-to-pay, expense reports, and vendor onboarding processes in Coupa.

  • Provide internal support to employees and assist with travel management through Navan.

  • Assist in the management and reconciliation of virtual credit card and corporate card programs.

What you’ll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • An extremely organized and detail-oriented approach with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy.

  • Proficiency with advanced functions in Excel

  • Knowledge of NetSuite Accounting Software, Couple, or Navan is considered a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 55,400.00 USD - 69,300.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
