  • Identify, research, and recommend companies, technologies, and capabilities for DraftKings to evaluate for potential inorganic growth opportunities.

  • Support business case preparation, strategic/financial analysis, valuation, competitive analysis, due diligence, and business execution.

  • Perform comprehensive and in-depth industry research and develop competitive intelligence summaries to help inform strategic fit for DraftKings.

  • Complete a project throughout the course of the internship that demonstrates your ability to identify new business initiatives and investment opportunities in adjacent industries and present your findings in an executive-facing presentation.

  • Examples of recent project work include DraftKings’ acquisition of Jackpocket and cross-functional strategic support for the launch of DK Horse, DraftKings’ Online Horse Racing product.

What you’ll bring:

  • At least two years of experience in relevant roles, such as Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Management Consulting, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Strategy.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or similar (preferred).

  • Currently enrolled in an MBA program.

  • Proficiency in Excel modeling (including forecast development, enterprise valuations, TAM sizing, and consumer cohort analyses) and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills.
