We are looking for a hands-on and strategically minded Business Operations Manager to take full ownership of our core operational infrastructure and cross-functional execution. Led by security, tech, tax and financial crime experts, and advised by a diverse team of former IRS commissioners, IVIX works with dozens of state and federal governments globally.

• Own end-to-end procurement strategy and execution, including vendor benchmarking, negotiations, contracts, renewals, and ongoing performance management.
• Partner with department leaders to monitor budgets, optimize spend, and drive cost efficiency across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional operational initiatives from scoping through execution, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely delivery.
• Own Legal Operations processes, including contract lifecycle management, NDAs, policy coordination, and structured collaboration with external legal counsel.
• Lead and manage compliance initiatives, including ISO, SOC2, GDPR, and related regulatory frameworks, covering audits, evidence collection, policy readiness, and operational follow-up.
• Support security and privacy operational readiness, including access management workflows, required trainings, and documentation processes.
• Serve as the operational backbone for recurring company-wide processes that require structure, follow-through, and cross-team coordination.
• Define, track, and analyze operational KPIs and metrics to continuously improve efficiency and reduce risk.

• 5 plus years of experience in Business Operations, Operations, Legal Operations, or a similar cross-functional role in a startup or high-growth tech environment.
• Proven experience leading procurement processes and vendor negotiations, including contracts and renewals.
• Legal background or formal legal training is a significant advantage.
• Hands-on experience supporting compliance frameworks such as ISO, SOC2, GDPR, or similar regulatory standards.
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end.
• Experience working in data-driven, intelligence, SaaS, or privacy-sensitive environments is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience working with budgets, cost optimization, and operational metrics.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-driven, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
