We are looking for a dynamic and impact-driven Data Solutions Team Lead to lead a team of Data Analysts and own the end-to-end delivery of high-value analytical solutions to our customers.

This role combines strong people leadership with hands-on analytical involvement. We are looking for someone who is comfortable diving into the data when needed and setting a personal standard for analytical excellence. Beyond execution, you will be responsible for ensuring that our solutions generate measurable customer value. This includes working closely with customers and internal stakeholders to refine outputs, implement product-level adjustments, and continuously enhance impact.

You will serve as the bridge between Customers, Product, R&D, and Sales, ensuring analytical rigor, operational excellence, and strong alignment between customer needs and platform capabilities.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Data Analysts at different seniority levels, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of ownership and excellence.
• Own the full lifecycle of analytical solution delivery, from data exploration to actionable insight generation.
• Ensure that delivered outputs meet high standards of quality, relevance, and customer value.
• Work directly with customers to understand their challenges, present findings, and tailor analytical outputs to maximize impact.
• Drive value creation by implementing analytical refinements, workflow optimizations, and product-level adjustments when needed.
• Collaborate closely with Product and R&D to translate customer feedback into platform improvements and increased solution accuracy.
• Support Sales efforts by showcasing analytical capabilities and demonstrating solution impact.
• Establish and continuously improve best practices in analytics, investigative methodologies, and reporting standards.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in data analysis, OSINT, and financial crime detection methodologies.

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing and developing analysts across different seniority levels.
• A strong analytical toolkit, including hands-on proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern BI tools.
• Experience working with large and complex datasets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable business insights.
• A hands-on, solution-oriented mindset with a willingness to dive into technical and analytical details when needed.
• High ownership mentality with a strong focus on impact and measurable results.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Advantage:

• Experience working directly with customers, including presenting analytical findings and driving value realization.
• Relevant domain background in taxation, accounting, financial investigations, or financial regulatory and compliance environments.
• Experience working with non-relational databases such as MongoDB and graph databases such as Neo4j.
• Experience with OSINT or WEBINT methodologies.
