Description
We are seeking a hands-on and proactive IT professional to take full ownership of the company’s IT operations in a fast-growing startup of approximately 80 employees. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and scalability of all IT systems, while providing reliable support to employees and working closely with Engineering, HR, and Management to support the company’s growth.

About the postion
- Full ownership of the company’s IT function (end-to-end)
- Overall responsibility for information security and security best practices
- User management, permissions, and access control
- End-user equipment management: procurement, setup, maintenance, and inventory
- Manage VPN, networks, and connectivity
- Manage company-wide SaaS tools, licenses, and subscriptions
- Manage IT vendors (MSP, ISP, hardware/software suppliers) and contribute to IT budget planning and optimization
- Provide hands-on IT support to employees
- Work closely with Engineering, HR, and Management
- Build and scale IT processes (onboarding/offboarding, documentation, automation)
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT / SysAdmin / IT Operations roles
- Experience working in a startup environment – strong advantage
- Hands-on experience managing cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
- Strong knowledge of information security and security best practices
- Experience with user and identity management
- Experience in a SaaS or global startup environment – strong advantage (not a must)
- Experience with VPNs, networking, and endpoint management (Mac / Windows)
- Experience managing SaaS tools, licenses, and vendors
- Highly hands-on, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- High-level English proficiency.
