About the postion
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring an organized and functional workspace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, including ordering, stocking, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning, IT support, building management) to ensure timely and effective service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related inquiries and issues.
- Plan and execute employee welfare activities, including team events, welfare programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Coordinate employee gifts, swag, and internal communications for key milestones and company moments.
- Support employee needs related to travel, scheduling, and administrative requirements.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of proven experience in operations, office management, or a similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration across teams.
- Proactive, creative, and resourceful mindset with the ability to take initiative.
- Vendor management and negotiation experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing environment.
