Iterative Health is a healthcare technology and services company powering the acceleration of clinical research to transform patient outcomes. The Iterative Health Site Network is a premier network of 70+ clinical research sites across US and Europe accelerating the path to market for gastrointestinal (GI) and hepatology novel therapies. Our focus is on driving the success and growth of our partner sites by empowering them with tech-enabled services. By combining deep expertise in clinical trials with cutting-edge AI, we empower research teams and study sponsors to expand and expedite access to novel therapeutics for patients in need.

About the Role

We’re looking for an intellectually curious, highly driven Strategy & Operations professional to join our CEO Office. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone who wants to accelerate their career by solving the most critical challenges of a fast-growing business, directly alongside the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive team.

You’ll act as a trusted thought partner to leadership, taking on ambiguous, high-leverage problems and turning them into scalable, executed solutions. Whether it’s leading cross-functional initiatives, refining the company’s operating model, or driving forward our strategic priorities, you’ll have end-to-end ownership and a seat at the table where decisions are made.

This is an ideal role for someone with a consulting, finance, or operator background who wants to move faster, take on more ownership, and help build something with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the CEO, Chief of Staff, and executive leaders to shape and execute company strategy
  • Lead critical, cross-functional initiatives from concept to implementation - owning analysis, planning, execution, and ongoing optimization
  • Build scalable systems, frameworks, and models to accelerate strategic decision-making and operational performance
  • Translate high-level goals into structured roadmaps, ensuring alignment across functions and stakeholders
  • Context-switch fluidly across topics (strategy, operations, finance, product) adapting quickly to evolving priorities and business needs
  • Serve as a trusted operator and problem-solver for the executive team, identifying risks, unblocking bottlenecks, and driving outcomes

What We’re Looking For

Required qualifications

  • 2-4 years in management consulting, investment banking, and/or operating roles at high-growth startups
  • Strong analytical instincts with a knack for bringing structure to ambiguity - able to deconstruct complex problems, develop actionable strategies, and drive cross-functional execution
  • A combination of a high ownership mentality and detail orientation that has resulted in a track record of delivering on operational initiatives
  • Strong ability to navigate stakeholder complexity, influence across functions, and own end-to-end delivery of workstreams
  • A bias for action and the humility to “do the work,” no matter how big or small
  • Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity - you want to understand how all parts of the company fit together

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or life sciences
