We’re looking for someone to take ownership of how we show up in the Nordics. This is a fixed-term role with strong potential to extend for the right person.
This is not a traditional content role. You will be responsible for turning our positioning into real market presence, focusing on fewer initiatives, executed with quality and impact rather than volume.
Your focus is to drive high-quality inbound pipeline and support commercial conversations, both with new prospects and existing customers.
You need to be able to think strategically, but your value comes from getting things done.
What you’ll own
You will own execution end-to-end, working closely with the Nordic GTM team.
Commercial impact
Support the commercial team in creating new opportunities, moving deals forward and expanding existing customers through strong messaging, content, and timely activation.
Product understanding and messaging
Develop a strong understanding of our product and how it creates value for customers.
Translate this into clear messaging frameworks, pitch narratives, website copy, and relevant use cases that resonate with senior buyers.
Ensure everything we put into the market is grounded in real product value, not generic content.
Customer cases
Turn real customer outcomes into sharp, credible proof points.
Show how we create value in practice, not just in theory.
Work closely with commercial teams to strengthen existing relationships and support new opportunities.
LinkedIn and thought leadership (Nordics)
Build a strong, credible presence in the Nordics.
Translate our positioning and key messages into relevant, high-quality content — shaping what we say, not just what we post.
Engage with senior profiles and contribute to conversations that matter, in a way that consistently reinforces our brand and perspective
Events and pipeline
Own customer and prospect events from idea to execution.
Define what we want to achieve, who should be in the room, and how we get them there, always anchored in our positioning and key messages.
Drive invitations, follow-ups, and ensure events lead to qualified inbound pipeline and real commercial conversations.
This includes handling practical details when needed.
How you’ll work

You use AI tools as a natural part of how you work to move faster and improve quality
You build simple processes and workflows that make your work more scalable and repeatable over time
You are comfortable switching between defining strategy in the morning and executing details in the afternoon
Who you are
You have experience from B2B, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment
You are both strategic and hands-on. If you lean too much to one side, this role won’t fit
You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and C-level profiles
You have a strong point of view on messaging and positioning
You are used to owning outcomes, not just delivering assets
You have a university degree in marketing, business, communication or a related field
You are used to working hands-on and getting things done in fast-moving environments
You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken
Practical
Full-time, fixed-term employment (~6 months), with strong potential for turning into a permanent position.
