Job Purpose

Our vision for Instabug is to provide the tools so every mobile team can build a stable app. A world where app ratings are solely judged by the value provided by the app and not by its stability.

We are seeking a Product Manager with strong technical depth, critical thinking, sharp product judgment, and a high design bar. At Instabug, we believe product management is a craft, not just a function. It’s the art of starting with our users and working backward to create tools that truly matter.

Our product philosophy is simple: the best way to build great products is to combine ownership with curiosity. We believe in dogfooding, building apps, trying the features ourselves, and experiencing Instabug the way our customers do.

As a PM here, you’ll not only lead one of our flagship platforms but also shape how we App Quality for the mobile world. You will be trusted to take ownership from day one, while constantly learning and raising the bar for what’s possible.

This is a hybrid role - most work will be remote and we get to meet in office once/twice a week.

What you’ll do

  • Understand markets, competition, and user workflows in depth.
  • Build product roadmaps that drive user success and work closely with various cross-functional partners to execute it.
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative research to discover feature ideas and collaborate with engineers, designers, researchers, and data analysts to help guide feature development
  • Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, execution, release, analysis, and iteration
  • Strategically evolve and grow existing products and services to deliver a better user experience constantly
  • Enable GTM teams on how to sell, package and position your product.

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or any related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the product field.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn fast, be resourceful, and be creative.
  • An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences.
  • A knack for simplifying complex subjects into crystal-clear nuggets for everyone to understand.
