Job Purpose

  • Own the development of strategic, high-impact content that brings Instabug narrative to life. This role plays a key part in supporting enterprise demand generation, strengthening brand presence, and scaling thought leadership through engaging and persona-driven content.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create, edit, and publish compelling content across formats as thought leadership articles, blog posts, eBooks, case studies, webinars, and sales collateral in support of enterprise marketing priorities.
  • Translate technical product messaging into clear, audience-specific stories that resonate with mobile product and engineering leaders.
  • Contribute to SEO and GEO driven content strategy by identifying and developing keyword-aligned pieces that improve organic visibility.
  • Provide editorial oversight and feedback to internal and external writers, ensuring adherence to brand voice, positioning, and messaging guidelines.
  • Track content performance using relevant KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion), identify areas for optimization, and iterate based on results.
  • Support Instabug’s presence in key channels by writing bylines, executive ghostwriting, and social media content that enhances brand credibility.
  • Collaborate with design, PR, and digital teams to ensure content is visually engaging, well-distributed, and optimized for performance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in content or product marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or developer tools
  • Strong portfolio of content tailored to technical and executive audiences
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS marketing funnel, content’s role in demand generation, and the enterprise buying cycle
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and structure for different formats and audiences
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and improve content performance accordingly
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices, CMS platforms, and content performance tools
  • Highly collaborative team player with strong project management and communication skills
