Key Responsibilities:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer employee benefits programs.
- Ensure accurate HRIS/payroll data entry and compliance with benefits provisions.
- Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.
Payroll Processing & Analysis:
- Process payroll accurately and timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
- Analyze payroll data for trends, discrepancies, and cost optimization.
- Reconcile payroll reports, benefits deductions, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper accounting of payroll expenses.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Collect and analyze compensation, benefits, and payroll data.
- Generate reports on payroll costs, benefits utilization, and compliance metrics.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
People & Compliance:
- Advise employees on pay, benefits, and payroll-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
- Partner with HR and Finance to align programs with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in compensation, benefits, and payroll.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
