Key Responsibilities:

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Administer employee benefits programs.
  • Ensure accurate HRIS/payroll data entry and compliance with benefits provisions.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to maintain competitive compensation structures.

Payroll Processing & Analysis:

  • Process payroll accurately and timely manner, ensuring compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Analyze payroll data for trends, discrepancies, and cost optimization.
  • Reconcile payroll reports, benefits deductions, and tax filings.
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure proper accounting of payroll expenses.

Reporting & Analytics:

  • Collect and analyze compensation, benefits, and payroll data.
  • Generate reports on payroll costs, benefits utilization, and compliance metrics.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

People & Compliance:

  • Advise employees on pay, benefits, and payroll-related queries.
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and labor laws.
  • Partner with HR and Finance to align programs with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s in HR, Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years in compensation, benefits, and payroll.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and advanced Excel.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
