Job Description Summary
The Verifications Analyst is responsible for processing verification products entered into the ScreeningONE screening system and/or assigned by their Operations Manager. The Verifications Analyst will be required to process a high volume of new orders and an existing workload of open/pending orders on a daily basis while maintaining a very high quality-of-work level. The Verifications Analyst will spend the majority of their time communicating with clients, applicants and service providers to obtain the necessary information required to complete the various verification product requests.
This person should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and must possess great written and verbal communication abilities. They need to be highly adaptable to a constantly changing environment and should always be looking for opportunities to grow, evolve, and improve processes to increase efficiency.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)
- Build a rapport with customers by greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
- Process verification products using the ScreeningONE screening system
- Communicate with clients, applicants and information providers via phone, email and fax to obtain the information necessary to process and complete verification products
- Maintain productivity spreadsheets on a daily basis
- Keep well informed of the latest industry best practices and company operating procedures for performing verification screenings
- Some data entry
- First level phone support for clients, end-users and internal staff
- Other operations duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications

- Must demonstrate effective critical thinking skills and be able to problem solve.
- Clear and professional phone speaking voice
- Strong customer service skills and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to work individually and as a member of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong data entry, computer and clerical skills
- Bilingual a plus
Education Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent

- Monday thru Friday 8:00 to 5:00
- Quarterly Bonus Plan Available
Location
- Knoxville or Salt Lake City
- We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday.
