Job Description
The Content Writer/ Video Creator will be responsible for processing documentation, eLearning videos, and other content development initiatives maintained by the Training team. The Content Writer/ Video Creator will primarily support initiatives put forth by the Manager of Training but will also collaborate with the Product team to ensure quality assurance of user guides and/or articles.
In addition, you will be responsible for all creation of eLearning videos. Experience in working in video creation, editing and a desire to create engaging, educational materials for our clients.
What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

Responsible for creating and updating product articles on a timely basis

Ability to create, edit and manage eLearning video courses

Maintain accurate records for our courses

Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience

Measure impact and preform analysis to improve KPI’s

Build and manage an editorial calendar; coordinate with Lead Trainer to ensure standards

Strict adherence to the company style guides, branding and policies for publication
Qualifications
What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications)
- 2 plus years of experience in content writing, preferably in SaaS, PropTech, or real estate/property management industries
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading skills
- Previous experience in writing training and process documents; technical writing a plus
- Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio
- Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues and leadership
- Ability to analyze, organize and integrate large amounts of information into clear, concise presentations
- Excellent analytic skills with experience in Salesforce, Snagit, Camtasia, Articulate and Vimeo
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or another relevant field preferred

- Plano, TX- Hybrid (4 days in office 1 day work from home)
- We have an in-office work style, with most team members working in the office from Monday to Thursday and remotely on Friday
