Job Description

As a Software Implementation Specialist, you’ll guide property management clients through the onboarding process for Rezfusion Boost, Bluetent’s channel management platform. You’ll serve as both consultant and project manager—configuring integrations, testing data connections, and ensuring each client launches successfully.

This role bridges technical implementation and customer success, requiring a strong balance of communication skills, technical curiosity, and organization. You’ll work with 20–30 clients and partners at various stages of onboarding, collaborating closely with the Product, Support, and Success teams to deliver a smooth and efficient go-live experience.

Functions and Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding lifecycle — from post-sale handoff through successful Boost activation — tailoring each project to client business needs.
• Manage 10-20 concurrent projects, keeping timelines, dependencies, and communication on track.
• Gather, validate, and test client data feeds — including PMS credentials, API access, and OTA connections.
• Configure Rezfusion Boost to align with each client’s business goals, data structure, and distribution strategy.
• Lead training sessions for clients (and internal teams) on Boost functionality, integrations, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, collaborating with Product and Support teams as needed.
• Identify product defects or improvement opportunities and report them to the Product team.
• Contribute to internal and client-facing documentation, templates, and process improvements.
• Become a subject matter expert in Rezfusion Boost — including its integrations with PMSs, OTAs, and related technologies.
• Educate clients on complementary Bluetent services, reinforcing the value of the full Bluetent ecosystem.

Qualifications

• SaaS experience, ideally in implementation, customer success, or product support.
• Project management proficiency — able to coordinate multiple complex client implementations simultaneously.
• Excellent communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and follow-through.
• Analytical problem solver with a proactive, customer-first mindset.
• Collaborative and self-driven, comfortable working independently or as part of a cross-functional team.
• Curiosity for technology — interested in QA, testing, and continuous process improvement.
• Additional Skills That Stand Out:
  • Working in the vacation rental or hospitality tech space.
  • Familiarity with APIs, XML data, or system integrations.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing or OTA distribution
  • Working familiarity with O365, Basecamp, Confluence/Jira, Salesforce/Mission Control
