Job Description Summary

This position is for a Vacation Payfac Specialist at Lynnbrook Group. Significant electronic payment industry experience is a requirement. We are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking payments expert to join our growing team as a specialist for our Payment Facilitation program. This is a client-facing position that requires an in depth understanding of all aspects of the payment processing and merchant services industry.

What You’ll Do (Functions & Responsibilities)

  • Responsible for all aspects of customer support including, applications, onboarding, training, account reconciliation, payment gateway troubleshooting, and transaction research.
  • Develop and Maintain enterprise client relationships including attendance at industry tradeshows and partner conferences.
  • Provide/oversee chargeback support to merchants.
  • Work with the sales team on retention strategies for enterprise clients including statement analysis, price negotiations, fee reimbursements and feature upgrades.
  • Work and research with our internal teams and integrated PMS partners to identify API issues and bugs and work with developers and product mangers to fix.
  • Work closely with our third-party payment vendors that help service our merchant portfolio.
  • Work closely with our internal risk and underwriting team on fraud related issues, risk investigations, audits and merchant billing and sweeps.
  • Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Lynnbrook payment features, ancillary products and integrated partner solutions.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For (Minimum qualifications)

  • 5+ years working for a Short-Term Rental/Travel Industry PayFac.
  • (or) 8-10+ years in the payment industry preferably with a background in Payment Facilitation and Integrated software payments.

  • Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
