Job Description

As a Project Manager at Streamline, you play a vital role in our growing company. You are responsible for leading new software implementations for new clients, as well as leading other projects that align with our company’s strategic initiative.

What You’ll Do (Functions and Responsibilities)

  • Responsible for leading resources in completing projects by a set deadline to uphold business initiatives: including scoping/discovery, requirements gathering, sourcing, and implementation
  • Makes effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with a project.
  • Serves as a point of contact for cross functional teams when multiple resources are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain agile and in synergy.
  • Communicates with management team to keep the project aligned with goals.
  • Responsible for managing new software implementations from end to end (both internally with cross functional teams and externally).
  • Sets and tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
  • Responsible for verifying completion of required documentation via our CRM software.
  • Manages and completes data entry as required in the proper systems.
  • Investigates/mitigates client escalations and questions.
  • Successfully creates, writes, and updates KB articles as required.
  • Attends meetings as required (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly).
  • Creates strong customer relationships.
  • Reviews and analyzes systems to ensure all services are set up and utilized properly.
  • Works with excel/csv sheets to explain field requirements to clients in preparation for importing data into the system.

  • Understanding the difference between following the process and worshiping the process
  • Excel. The basic stuff. Pivots, charts, vlookups, etc.
  • Comfortable with fetching and manipulating large datasets from the database
  • SaaS support, account management, project management, or implementation experience
  • Apartment industry experience
  • Strong verbal and written English skills

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
