Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve end-to-end courier operations with a focus on service quality, reliability, and safety
• Define, maintain, and scale operational processes, standards, and SOPs
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Support, Safety, and other teams
• Analyze operational performance and drive data-driven improvements
• Own operational aspects of support and escalations for complex cases
• Manage onboarding, setup, and performance of external service providers
• Identify risks and operational gaps and ensure timely mitigation
• Tailor the solutions to regional specifics and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Operations / Logistics / Delivery / Marketplace environments
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate independently
• Proven experience driving cross-functional initiatives without direct authority
• An analytical and process-driven approach to problem solving
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High level of English proficiency
