Key Responsibilities
- Own and develop product capabilities in the payment processing domain within inDrive
- Design and evolve payment processing solutions, including acquiring, routing, orchestration, and transaction lifecycle management
- Work closely with acquiring banks, payment systems, PSPs, and internal processing infrastructure teams
- Analyze payment flows end-to-end: authorization, clearing, settlement, refunds, chargebacks, reconciliation
- Lead discovery activities for processing-related initiatives:
- identify market and infrastructure gaps;
- analyze regulatory and scheme requirements;
- define scalable and compliant product solutions
- Translate complex payment logic into clear product requirements (PRDs, flows, API requirements)
- Manage and prioritize the processing product backlog based on business impact, reliability, and scalability
- Ensure timely delivery of processing features in collaboration with engineering, QA, SRE, and fintech platform teams
- Work with stakeholders across Risk, Fraud, Compliance, Finance, and Country teams to align processing solutions
- Participate in launches of new payment methods, acquirers, and markets
- Monitor post-release performance: transaction success rates, latency, errors, and operational incidents
