The company's chief innovation is its P2P-based RTD (Real Time Deals) model. With this model, drivers and passengers mutually agree on the conditions of rides, and that includes their costs.

The service was founded in 2013 in Yakutsk, Russia.

At present, Indriver's user base exceeds 50 million users in more than 300 cities across 31 worldwide countries.
