Key Responsibilities

• Lead and moderate the full three-day program
• Ensure high engagement across all leadership levels
• Facilitate group work, discussions, and interactive formats
• Collaborate with the organizing team to refine and finalize the agenda
• Align the flow, tone, and energy of the event with key strategic objectives
• Serve as a credible, trusted counterpart for C-level speakers and participants

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• Minimum 5 years of experience in facilitation of senior-level leadership events
• Proven ability to work with C-suite executives and large leadership groups
• Strong presence, authority, and ability to drive engagement
• Advanced business English (fluent)
• Experience with interactive and non-presentation-heavy formats is strongly preferred
