Responsibilities
- Handle a wide range of disputes, including contractual issues, consumer complaints, regulatory challenges, and litigation across multiple jurisdictions
 - Advise on competition law matters, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
 - Develop and implement effective legal strategies to minimize risk and achieve favorable outcomes
 - Coordinate and manage external counsel and internal stakeholders across different countries to ensure consistent, high-quality dispute management
 - Provide legal support for special projects as needed
 - Monitor relevant legislation and regulatory developments, advising the business on compliance requirements
 - Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, briefs, and settlement agreements
 - Maintain accurate records and deliver regular updates to senior management
 - Identify potential legal risks and provide proactive guidance to mitigate them
 
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in dispute resolution, preferably with exposure to competition law and cross-border legal issues
 - Experience in the ride-hailing, tech, or digital platform industry is a plus
 - Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
 - Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
 - Ability to manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
 - Willingness to travel occasionally to handle matters in various jurisdictions
