Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and maintain learning data and reports
- Support analysis of learning and development metrics
- Assist in planning and coordinating training and development events
- Prepare communication materials and help run internal learning initiatives
- Support processing of external training requests and related documentation
- Proactively learn and take on new tasks as the role evolves
Qualifications
- Confident Excel user (you can handle data and basic formulas)
- Strong presentation skills – you can structure and visualize information clearly
- Great English (both written and spoken)
- Open-minded, positive, and eager to learn
- Quick thinker who adapts easily and enjoys helping others grow
- Team player
