Responsibilities

• Work closely with product and business teams to identify key questions and translate them into analytical tasks;
• Analyze product performance and user behavior to find growth opportunities and areas for improvement;
• Design and evaluate AB tests including hypothesis setup experiment design and result interpretation;
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor product metrics and user flows;
• Conduct root cause analysis for metric changes and provide clear recommendations;
• Collaborate with data engineering and BI teams to improve data accessibility and quality;
• Document metric definitions experiment learnings and key insights in the knowledge base;
• Support product development cycle with data driven input at every stage.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in product analytics or data analytics;
• Strong SQL skills with experience working on complex queries and large datasets;
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and modeling;
• Experience in AB testing statistical methods and experiment evaluation;
• Solid understanding of product metrics retention funnels conversion and engagement;
• Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and nontechnical audiences;
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Redash or similar platforms Structured thinking and strong business orientation.
