Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy Execution: Design and implement local growth strategies including geo-expansion, unit economics management, and vertical launches.
- Market Development: Drive go-to-market initiatives tailored to Colombia’s context, with full accountability for adoption and ROI.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and manage high-impact relationships with local fleets, enterprises, and regulatory stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with product, operations, and marketing teams to localize and pilot initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Operational Excellence: Proactively monitor KPIs (via SQL/Tableau or similar tools), identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes and performance across the board.
- Problem-Solving Autonomy: Act decisively in complex, ambiguous environments—navigating competitive, regulatory, or operational roadblocks.
Qualifications
- A resilient self-starter who never looks for excuses and pushes through until the goal is achieved.
- 6+ years in business development, partnerships, or growth roles (tech, mobility, or logistics preferred).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear actions (SQL proficiency is a plus).
- Execution-first mindset: Proven ability to deliver results, not just ideas.
- High autonomy: Self-driven and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
