Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of CRM campaigns: Assist in planning, launching, and optimizing email, push, and in app messaging campaigns to enhance user engagement and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work under the guidance of senior team members with product, data, design, and marketing teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Assist in customer segmentation and targeting: Help define audience segments and personalize communication based on user behavior and lifecycle stage.
  • Learn and utilize CDP/automation tools: Use platforms like Bloomreach (preferred) to build and optimize automated customer journeys with support from the team.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance: Help track key metrics, conduct A/B tests, and provide data driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Act as a supportive point of contact: Assist in gathering requirements and communicating CRM strategy and results to internal teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends: Continuously learn about new CRM engagement strategies, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of CRM channels: Understanding of the principles behind email, push, and in app messaging campaigns. Internship, coursework, or 1 year of practical experience is a plus. Eagerness to learn segmentation and personalization: Keen interest in analyzing customer behavior and a strong desire to learn how to create targeted communication strategies. Familiarity with marketing automation tools: Basic exposure to platforms like Braze, Salesforce, Iterable, or similar is highly desirable. We are ready to train the right candidate. Analytical mindset: Basic proficiency with data; a strong desire to learn A/B testing, campaign performance analysis, and reporting. Experience with CDP systems (a strong plus): Any hands-on experience or coursework with a Customer Data Platform (CDP), especially Bloomreach, is a significant advantage. Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, data, and design, and a willingness to learn.
